How to Use the Maternity Support Belt:
- Position the Pad: Wrap the abdominal lift attachment around your waist, centering the pad under your abdomen.
- Secure the Belt: Attach the belt to the pad and pull both elastic sides until you achieve the desired tension. Secure the closure to the abdominal pad.
- Additional Support: For enhanced lift and to prevent slipping, stretch the top strap over your stomach and attach it to the opposite side. For optimal support, lie on your back with your knees bent while wearing the belt.
- Proper Sizing: Measure around your lower back and under your belly to determine the correct size. Do not choose based on your maternity pants or trouser size.
